Services & expertise
What services does Pixelean offer?
We offer UI/UX design, SaaS application design, mobile app design, dashboard design, WordPress development, Webflow development, and Framer development. Most of our clients come to us for either a full design-to-development project or a specific service like SaaS dashboard design or a WordPress website build.
Do you work with SaaS companies and startups?
Yes. A significant portion of our work is with SaaS teams and early-stage startups. We design dashboards, admin panels, web apps, and full SaaS platforms — from MVP-stage products to established platforms going through redesign. We also work with B2B businesses and agencies across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and the Middle East.
Can you handle both design and development?
Yes. We handle the full process from UI/UX design in Figma through to development in WordPress, Webflow, or Framer. Some clients come with a finished design and need development only. Others start from scratch. Both work.
Do you design mobile apps?
Yes. We design iOS and Android app interfaces — including user flows, wireframes, UI design, and developer-ready Figma files. We don’t do native app development, but the design files we deliver are structured for clean handoff to any development team.
Process & Timeline
How does your project process work?
Most projects follow four stages: discovery and requirements, wireframing and UX structure, UI design, and development or developer handoff. We work in Figma and communicate via Slack or email depending on what works for the client. Before starting, we align on scope, timeline, and deliverables so there are no surprises.
How long does a typical project take?
Timeline depends on scope. A landing page or small website typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. A full website design and development project runs 4 to 8 weeks. SaaS or dashboard design projects with multiple screens and user flows can take 6 to 12 weeks. We’ll give you a specific estimate once we understand what you need.
What do you need from us to get started?
For most projects, we need: your business goals and target audience, brand assets if you have them (logo, colors, fonts), examples of design styles you like, and any existing product files if it’s a redesign. If you don’t have all of this ready, that’s fine — we can work through it together in a discovery session.
Do you work across different time zones?
Yes. Our team is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh and Albuquerque, New Mexico. Most of our clients are in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. We schedule overlap time for calls and reviews, and deliver work async so you always wake up to progress.
Pricing
How much does UI/UX design cost?
Cost depends on the scope, number of screens, and whether you need design only or design plus development. A landing page design starts from a few hundred dollars. A full SaaS dashboard or web app design can range from a few thousand to significantly more depending on complexity. We provide a detailed quote after understanding your specific requirements — reach out and we’ll give you a clear number.
Do you offer fixed-price projects or hourly rates?
We work on fixed-price project quotes for most engagements. Once we agree on scope, you get a clear price and timeline upfront. For ongoing work or retainers, we can discuss monthly arrangements depending on the volume.
What does the payment process look like?
We accept payments via Payoneer, Wise, and bank transfer. For new projects, we typically work with a deposit before starting and the balance upon delivery or at milestones for larger projects.
Tools & Technical
Which CMS or platforms do you build on?
We build on WordPress, Webflow, and Framer. WordPress is best for content-heavy sites, blogs, and WooCommerce stores. Webflow is strong for marketing sites, SaaS landing pages, and teams who want CMS flexibility without code. Framer suits modern, animation-heavy sites. We’ll recommend the right one based on your goals.
Should I use Webflow or WordPress for my website?
It depends on what you’re building and how your team will manage it. WordPress is more flexible for complex functionality, plugin ecosystems, and WooCommerce. Webflow is cleaner for marketing teams who want to update content visually without a developer. If you’re a SaaS company launching a marketing site, Webflow is often the better fit. If you need custom functionality or an online store, WordPress is usually the right choice. We’ve built both extensively and can help you decide.
Do you provide SEO optimization with web development?
We set up proper on-page SEO foundations during every website build — clean URL structure, meta titles, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, image alt texts, page speed optimization, and schema where relevant. We don’t offer ongoing SEO campaigns, but the sites we deliver are built ready for search from day one.
Working Together
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign NDAs before starting any project where confidentiality is required. Just let us know and we’ll send one before the first discovery call.
Who will I be working with on my project?
You’ll work directly with our senior designers and developers — not account managers or juniors managing a chain of people. Our team has been working together since Pixelean started in 2022, and most of our designers have 5 to 10 years of experience. You’ll know exactly who’s on your project from day one.
What if I only have a rough idea and no brief?
That’s more common than you’d think. We’ll start with a short discovery call to understand your business, goals, and audience. From there, we can put together a proposal that makes sense for where you are. You don’t need a perfect brief to get started.
What happens after the project is delivered?
After delivery, we provide a handover period for minor fixes and adjustments. For development projects, we include 14 days of bug-fix support. If you need ongoing updates, maintenance, or additional work, we offer that as a separate arrangement.
Results & Trust
How do I know if my website or product needs a redesign?
A few signs: users are dropping off before converting, your product is hard to navigate, you’ve outgrown your current design system, or you’re losing deals because the product doesn’t look credible. A design that felt fine two or three years ago may now be holding your business back. If you’re asking whether it’s time, it usually is.
Can you show me examples of your work?
Yes. Our case studies and portfolio are available on the site. We work across SaaS platforms, dashboards, mobile apps, WordPress and Webflow websites, and landing pages. If you want to see work specific to your industry or project type, reach out and we’ll send the most relevant examples directly.

Why clients choose us and keep coming back
Founders do not hire a design agency because they want more meetings. They hire one because they want the problem solved. Pixelean is built around that idea. Less back and forth, more finished screens. Less “let us align on this” and more work that lands exactly the way it was meant to.
Senior team on every project
No juniors handed the work after the pitch. The designers and developers who scope your project are the same people who deliver it.
Design and development under one roof
UI/UX design, WordPress, Webflow, and Framer development handled by one team. No miscommunication between design and dev. No delays waiting on a third party.
Communication that actually works
Clear updates, fast responses, and no ambiguity about where the project stands. Clients consistently say working with Pixelean is the smoothest agency experience they have had.
Fast without cutting corners
We move quickly because our process is tight, not because we skip steps. Clients get results faster without trading quality for speed.
