Refund Policy
At Pixelean, we value transparency, fairness, and long-term partnerships. Our refund policy is designed to protect both the client and our team while ensuring clarity before work begins.
General Policy
All payments made to Pixelean are non-refundable once the project has started. By confirming a project and making a payment, the client agrees to the scope, timeline, and terms outlined before the project kickoff.
Before Project Start
If a client requests a cancellation before any work has started, a full refund may be issued after deducting any transaction or processing fees, if applicable.
After Project Start
Once the project has begun, refunds are not provided. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Discovery or research completed
- Wireframes, UI designs, or prototypes shared
- Development work started
- Any time or resources already allocated to the project
Milestone-Based Projects
For projects divided into milestones, payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable. If a project is canceled mid-way, the client is responsible for payment covering all completed work up to that point.
Client Delays or Inactivity
If a project is delayed or paused due to lack of response, missing content, or delayed feedback from the client, no refund will be issued for completed or ongoing work.
Change of Mind or Business Direction
Refunds are not applicable if the client decides to change direction, pause the project, or discontinue for personal or business reasons after the project has started.
Dissatisfaction With Design
We follow a structured design and revision process. If the client is dissatisfied, we encourage using the included revision rounds to refine the work. Refunds will not be issued based on subjective preferences once work has been delivered according to the agreed scope.
Exceptional Cases
In rare and exceptional circumstances, Pixelean may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any such decision is at the sole discretion of Pixelean.
